3/4 cup Greek yogurt with 1 splenda, 3/4 tsp sugar-free peach jello mix, half a peach diced, and 1/4 of a TJ mango berry bran muffin

total: 190 calories

Sooo good! And such an interesting and satisfying mix of textures (thick yogurt/bran/fruit). Yummmmmy
